Hololens Hand/Eye Interaction Research Project (UNITY)
A military SBIR project that was meant to evaluate how AR (Augmented Reality ) could potentially help them in different scenarios. The main focus was hand and eye tracking and virtual to physical interactions.
Project Involvement
I was in charge of this project from beggining to end on the technical side. I handled all Unity development from concept to completion and reporting the study was completed by the sponsor and affiliates.
C# Coding, integrating MRTK (Hand and eye tracking), UI, and most testing were completed by me. It was never intended to be pretty so please don't judge the aesthetics. :)
I also designed a special cooling battery charge case that mounts on the back of the HoloLens
3rd person Perspective gaming in VR Playground (UNITY)
This was exploration on how a third person perspective game would look and feel. I really wanted to get a sense of how it would work with a controller and then what a point and click type game would look like. They were both interesting experiments.
